Mutual Trust Life Insurance Company has discontinued the Remote Signature process effective May 20, 2022. Agents will no longer be able to obtain electronic signatures in the absence of an electronic application system. The great news is the arrival of a new and improved way in which you can better serve your clients! Now, you and your clients can gather all pertinent information and secure the signatures needed for the application using the convenient new easy@pp tool. We encourage you to examine easy@pp and discover how simple it is to use. Please note that Mutual Trust Life Insurance Company will continue sending policies in paper form, and wet signatures remain required on delivery receipts and other servicing forms such as loans, surrenders, and change of ownership.
