January Team Member of the Month

Jeff Hess has been awarded the Team Member of the Month for January!

Jeff’s fellow Team Members described him as, “always willing to help”. Jeff routinely stays late and comes in early to help our agents and customers. He is an invaluable source of knowledge at the office and always has a great attitude, even under pressure. Jeff has been a great resource for ACA information, and is truly is always willing to help. Jeff has worked at Empower for 15 years, and currently serves as a Product Specialist for Individual Health, Group Health, and Ancillary product lines.
